This set of 2 organic polygon plates were cut from a dense, rich brown piece of Japanese chestnut. The inside of each plate has been carved with a gouge, while the edges and underside were shaped and smoothed with chisels and planes.

■ ガラスコーティングは食品安全基準試験をクリアしたものを使用していますので、安心してご使用いただけます。 ■ ガラスコーティングを施しているため、ある程度の耐水性はありますが、濡れた状態が続くとカビや割れの原因となります。使用後は食器洗剤とスポンジで洗い、水分を拭き取って自然乾燥させてください。 ■ 使い込んでいくうちに乾燥してきたときには、木製食器用オイルを塗布してメンテナンスをお願いします。
